1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RooDee (the "Service"), an AI-powered marketing assistant operated by RooDee ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RooDee analyzes your product, helps generate marketing strategy and content, and can publish content and retrieve performance metrics on your behalf through third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Google Analytics). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for any content you approve for publication.

3. Accounts & Connected Channels

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. When you connect a third-party channel, you authorize RooDee to access that channel using the permissions you grant, solely to provide the Service. You may disconnect any channel at any time. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate any third-party platform's rules, or to send unsolicited or spam communications. You are solely responsible for ensuring content published through the Service complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular marketing outcome, reach, or result. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the connected platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
